Important Note on Minnesota Law

We only ship wine to Minnesota locations and you must be 21 to order with a photo ID to receive wine.  Due to State law, you must order and we must ship wine and food products separetely.  To order Minnestalgia Food products simply click on the sign in the upper left-hand corner of this page and you will be taken to the Minnestalgia Foods site.  

 In 1995 we started producing wines from berries and honey that are native to Minnesota.  We have berry buying programs in several Native American communities around the state as well as in our own local community.  Our honey is a light clover honey we procure from 3 different producers here in Minnesota.  

Our wines are a blend of native fruit, wild berries and honeywine.  We use the honeywine to mellow out some of the intense flavor inherent in the native fruit which can be much stronger tasting than the traditional wine grape.  Our fruit & berry wines are fermented separately from the honeywine and then blended together just before bottling.

Our wines range from the full-bodied, dry, red Great Grey Barrel Select to the semi-sweet and always pleasing Raspberry Honeywine.  For those who haven't visited the winery since July, we have bottled our newest wine; Strawberry Honeywine and its as good as it sounds!

We hope you will find our new website more user friendly and filled with useful information such as recipes, links to other helpful web pages and where to find our wines in your local wine shops.
